Delightful couple of hours spent at Calke Abbey. We had no specific brief - apart from presenting 6 images on our return.
I focussed on classic views of parts of the abbey visit with the avenue/drive and the frontage of the stables; the decay and time standing still quality that pervades Calke with the rusty hinge, the woodworm marked wood and peeling paint; and an unusual look at an obvious view of the building.
